Makes: 1 large bowl
Ingredients
Sundried tomatoes, 30-40 grams (or 6-7 pieces)
Cream cheese, 4 tablespoons
Sour cream (or hung curd), 2 tablespoons
Tabasco, 2 teaspoon (if you prefer less spicy, feel free to reduce it)
Sundried tomato oil, 1 tablespoon
Method
Toss all the ingredients in the multi purpose jar of the Havells Sprint 500 mixer grinder and grind to form a smooth paste. Once done, transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving.
